Nobody can afford to be lustful. But everybody must love. Without love you can never find your life, and with lust you can never enjoy life.” – Yogi Bhajan

Within the dance of life, there is the act of sex, which is the merging of our beings into the life force of the creation. More than just a lust or passion for another person on a purely physical level, sex can be a truly sacred act of Nature and God.

Whether you are in a committed relationship already or single wanting one, this workshop will help you prepare for and achieve the sacred merger of sexuality and spirituality.

This workshop will include Yoga to revitalize, Meditation to merge, sexy foods to balance, and group discussion and processes. BOOK NOW!

Healing Through the Chakras Workshop at KYC Blue Mountains

Sunday 6 March | Sat Nam Rasayan Healing Through the Chakras Workshop | 10.30am – 4.30pm | $120 | BOOK NOW!

The Eight Chakras are windows into our wellbeing, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Using various kriyas in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, we can balance all the chakras and work individually with Chakras where the flow of prana is blocked. Sometimes people cannot do this for themselves. In such cases, Sat Nam Rasayan can be used to balance the Chakras for a patient.

In this workshop, we will learn how to recognize the sensations for each element and its corresponding Chakra. We will use technology of Sat Nam Rasayan to balance the chakras, and thus effect one’s well being.

There will be a 45 minute break during the day, please bring a light lunch as there are no shops nearby. BOOK NOW!

Tuesday 8 March | Healing From for the Neutral Mind Workshop | 6pm – 9pm | $60 | BOOK NOW!

Our beloved teacher, the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan, gave us many gems in the technology of Kundalini Yoga. Sat Nam Rasayan Healing® is one of them. Kundalini Yoga is a yogic system based on awareness.

Sat Nam Rasayan is a healing system also based on awareness. They are perfect compliments. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation prepares us to have the state of consciousness to more effectively do Sat Nam Rasayan.

One of our goals in practicing Kundalini Yoga is to be able to live in a state of Neutrality, a state of Shuniya. Sat Nam Rasayan requires that its practitioners are able to obtain and maintain a stable state of Shuniya.

Healing occurs in the Sacred Space of neutrality and stillness. Kundalini Yogis, therefore, are natural Sat Nam Rasayan practitioners. The practice of Sat Nam Rasayan makes us better yogis and develops our Meditative/Neutral Mind as well. Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan help us be better people and live our daily lives with more neutrality, focus and joy. BOOK NOW!
