Feedback from previous students:

A totally new and refreshing way to look at my life, source of inspiration and strength to follow my truth!” Ben/Dharam Prakash Singh

Recognizing the synchronicity and the flow of life, I am suddenly more aware of the beauty, seeing the universe as sacred and divine!” Sarah

If you’re looking for a standard textbook course with predictable outcomes, then there are plenty around. If you’re looking to be challenged and to learn about yourself, while learning Kundalini Yoga – then this may be the right course for you. Fun, engaging and that little bit crazy. Highly likely that you will grow from this in a significant way.” Jana

ABOUT THE VENUE

We are excited to be offering this course at the Mangrove Yoga Ashram, a residential yoga centre based on ashram principles.
An ashram is a traditional place of learning for yoga and other spiritual disciplines, a place of simplicity and regularity.
It is a place where one can spend time away from the usual distractions of daily life and focus on understanding one’s own experience and purpose in life.

LEVEL 2 PRACTITIONER: A DEEP TRANSFORMATION

Develop the inner growth and personal discipline of a truly excellent teacher
You are not your body, you are not your mind, you are not your spirit, you are just the breath of God, the breath of life“- Yogi Bhajan

Open to KRI Level One Certified Instructors, this 300-hour certification program consists of five, 62-hour modules. LIFESTYLES AND LIFECYCLES IS ONE OF THESE 5 MODULES.

Graduates of Level Two earn the title of KRI Certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and combined with Level One certification, fulfill the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 500-hour requirement. Building on the foundation of, and the tools offered by Level One, Level Two Teacher Training is about personal transformation and deepening the core capacities, character and consciousness of a Kundalini Yoga teacher.

In this level, the Instructor cultivates the yogic capacities of intuition, neutrality and self-assessment within the five mirrors of consciousness: Vitality & Stress, Conscious Communication, Authentic Relationships, Mind & Meditation and Life Cycles & Lifestyle. The 6th module proposed by AAA, “The Warrior of Light”, is the crystallization of this process and, in our spirit, an essential contribution for the integration of the teachings. However, this module is not required in order to obtain certification.
