Feedback from previous students:

A totally new and refreshing way to look at my life, source of inspiration and strength to follow my truth!” Ben/Dharam Prakash Singh

Recognizing the synchronicity and the flow of life, I am suddenly more aware of the beauty, seeing the universe as sacred and divine!” Sarah

If you’re looking for a standard textbook course with predictable outcomes, then there are plenty around. If you’re looking to be challenged and to learn about yourself, while learning Kundalini Yoga – then this may be the right course for you. Fun, engaging and that little bit crazy. Highly likely that you will grow from this in a significant way.” Jana

We are excited to be offering this course at the Mangrove Yoga Ashram, a residential yoga centre based on ashram principles.
An ashram is a traditional place of learning for yoga and other spiritual disciplines, a place of simplicity and regularity.
It is a place where one can spend time away from the usual distractions of daily life and focus on understanding one’s own experience and purpose in life.
Accommodation is offered as triple share.
As part of the ashram experience all training participants will be expected to participate in Seva (service) and a period of ‘Sacred Silence’ from 8pm to breakfast each day.
Please keep your belongings to a minimum  and don’t bring additional food to the ashram (unless you have food allergies which restricts your intake of ashram food).
Three wholesome and delicious meals are served each day, along with morning and afternoon tea of fruit and tea. Meals are vegetarian, and the ashram kitchen uses a wide variety of high-quality, all-natural ingredients to offer nutritionally sound and tasty meals. Fresh salad greens, herbs and other vegetables are provided daily from the ashram’s own vegetable garden.
The ashram asks all meals are accepted gracefully during your stay. This also avoids placing unnecessary pressure on kitchen staff and resources.

Develop the inner growth and personal discipline of a truly excellent teacher
You are not your body, you are not your mind, you are not your spirit, you are just the breath of God, the breath of life“- Yogi Bhajan
