    Hi there,

I have stumbled upon Kundalini Yoga on my spiritual journey and am interested in trying it. I have done Yoga before (Bikram etc) but certainly wouldn’t consider myself practised in the art. I’d like to come along one night to see if Kundalini is for me.

I’m wondering if Tuesday night is a good night to come along and check things out, and if so, what should I wear. I don’t seem to have any white linen in my wardrobe at this point.

I hope to hear from someone.

    All the best.

Thanks so much for your message, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. All classes are open to beginners and you are welcome to go along to any class during the week or on weekends. No need to wear white, just some comfortable clothes for practicing yoga are fine. We also have a Gong Healing class this Friday night (30 Jan) – that can be a nice gentle way to introduce yourself to Kundalini Yoga – we practice a short yoga set and then spend the rest of the class soaking in the benefits and sound of the gong. We hope you can make it along to a class soon and look forward to sharing these amazing teachings with you. Please feel free to give us a shout anytime if you have any further questions.

I just bought 2 x 10 packs for Shane and myself (we attended on Wednesday 24 June).

Kiara won’t continue with kundalini but I will pay for her and book when next in as too hard to do on iPhone as no options.

    Thanks for the experience
