The Gong is very special. It is not only a musical instrument, it is sound and resonance creating a sound space which permeates the body. Brain waves are slow down, listeners can let go of the torrent of thoughts and enjoy deep relaxation. This creates a state which allows healing.

When played correctly, the reverberation of the gong can easily guide people into relaxation. Getting into the subconscious the gong sound can dissolve negative patterns and initiate change.
