Join me for this beginners series where we'll explore the basic principles of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. We will learn and experience the following aspects of the practice: yoga, meditation, mudra, mantra, breathwork, relaxation and a gong bath.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is known as the yoga of awareness. Its power lies in the experience. You'll get to know yourself a little better. You'll connect with your mind, body and spirit. You'll begin to see how your patterns and habits work for and against yourself. Some are serving you and others are limiting you. With awareness you can choose a different response.
