Kundalini Yoga CollectiveYoga for community by community

The Kundalini Yoga Collective (KYC) is a not-for-profit, community-run yoga space whose members share a passion for the practice and teachings of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Our goal is to help others by making Kundalini Yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, physical fitness or experience.  We believe that by harnessing the power of the collective we can achieve so much more than we can as individuals.

The mission of the Kundalini Yoga Collective is to build a community that comes together to help each other heal and grow through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. We build networks and relationships with a diverse range of groups and individuals in our local communities and provide a space that supports and elevates the people it serves.

Our yoga spaces are owned and operated by our collective of teacher members.  We all pitch in to help pay for operational costs and we work together to offer affordable classes in a warm and welcoming space for you to experience the benefits of Kundalini Yoga.

The Kundalini Yoga Collective was established in 2013 as a Not-For-Profit association and is registered with the NSW Department of Fair Trading.  You’ll find our teaching spaces are based in the communities we live in. Now we have hub’s in Newtown, Northern Beaches, Blue Mountains and Hornsby.  As we grow in teacher membership, we hope to serve you in many more communities across Sydney and beyond!

  1. Hi there,
    I’m
Just wondering if your classes are open to beginners? And when do you re-open after the Christmas and New Years break?
    Thank you

    1. Sat nam, all classes are open to beginners and we also have a couple of beginners courses starting in Feb too. You are welcome to drop into any class though and the teacher will guide you through. Classes start again from Monday 11 Jan. :-)
