Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a powerful technology of transformation. Kundalini Yoga can help you let go of fear and anxiety, relieve depression and release unconscious blocks so that you can reach your full potential and live a happy and healthy life.

In each class you will experience a combination of movement, breath and sound to bring a greater sense of well being, self awareness and vitality.  Classes and events are open to all levels of experience.

The Kundalini Yoga Collective (KYC) was established in 2013 as Australia’s first not-for-profit yoga association to offer community spaces where KY teachers can teach, feel connected and be of service to the community.

Kundalini Yoga Collective (KYC) does not pay a salary to any of our teacher members.  Student fees collected at each class go direct to the KYC teacher member who taught that class or are donated to KYC.

Currently you’ll find KYC members, classes and events located across:

As we grow in teacher membership, we hope to serve you in many more communities across Australia and beyond!

We host KYC fundraising events and workshops throughout the year.  Our teacher members volunteer their time to organise these events.  Proceeds go towards helping to cover our operational costs and further supporting the community we serve.

We also partner with community groups to bring Kundalini Yoga out to the community.  If you are a not-for-profit organisation or local group interested in offering the benefits of yoga to your clients or staff contact us to find out how we can help.

  1. Hi there,
Just wondering if your classes are open to beginners? And when do you re-open after the Christmas and New Years break?
    Thank you

    1. Sat nam, all classes are open to beginners and we also have a couple of beginners courses starting in Feb too. You are welcome to drop into any class though and the teacher will guide you through. Classes start again from Monday 11 Jan. 🙂

  2. Hello, where can I find more information about eastern suburbs classes, like times and prices? Cheers.

  3. Just wondering what time the classes are held, I live at Wahroonga but am happy to go to Newtown, or do you of any classes nearer to me or on the northern beaches, Thanks, Gai

  4. Hi there:),

I’m just wondering how much experience I need of kundalini yoga in order to do the teacher training? I’ve done some online and from the book the 8 human talents. There’s nothing in my area and I unfortunately can’t get to the classes you run but I feel very drawn to do the training. What are your thoughts? Also how fit do you need to be?… Warm wishes, Helena

  5. Hi , I am wondering if you rented this space for other classes, I teach hypnobirthing classes and conscious conception workshops ?
I’d be looking to run a monthly group class that would require the space from 10.30-4.30 for two Sundays a month.

Many thanks and blessings Katie X
