WELCOME TO KYC!
The Kundalini Yoga Collective was established in 2013 as Australia’s first not-for-profit yoga association to offer community spaces where Kundalini Yoga teachers can teach, feel connected and be of service to the community.
WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA?
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a powerful technology of transformation. Kundalini Yoga can help you let go of fear and anxiety, relieve depression and release unconscious blocks so that you can reach your full potential and live a happy and healthy life.
In each class you will experience a combination of movement, breath and sound to bring a greater sense of well being, self awareness and vitality. Classes and events are open to all levels of experience. Learn More…

Hi there,
I’m
Just wondering if your classes are open to beginners? And when do you re-open after the Christmas and New Years break?
Thank you

Sat nam, all classes are open to beginners and we also have a couple of beginners courses starting in Feb too. You are welcome to drop into any class though and the teacher will guide you through. Classes start again from Monday 11 Jan. 🙂

Thank you for your message. There is a KYC space at Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. Have a look at this page of our website for class times – http://www.kundaliniyogacollective.org.au/timetable/northern-beaches/

Hi there:),
I’m just wondering how much experience I need of kundalini yoga in order to do the teacher training? I’ve done some online and from the book the 8 human talents. There’s nothing in my area and I unfortunately can’t get to the classes you run but I feel very drawn to do the training. What are your thoughts? Also how fit do you need to be?… Warm wishes, Helena

Do you have classes in the Sutherland Shire?

Hi , I am wondering if you rented this space for other classes, I teach hypnobirthing classes and conscious conception workshops ?
I’d be looking to run a monthly group class that would require the space from 10.30-4.30 for two Sundays a month.
Many thanks and blessings Katie X
