Yoga for community by community

The Kundalini Yoga Collective (KYC) is a not-for-profit, community-run yoga space whose members share a passion for the practice and teachings of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This powerful technology uses ancient yogic teachings designed to help you, be you – to access your truth and create a strong connection to your soul and your soul’s work in this lifetime.

As a collective of Kundalini Yoga Teachers our goal is to make the benefits of Kundalini Yoga and meditation accessible to anyone, regardless of their age, ethnicity, physical condition or socio-economic background. We do this by operating community yoga spaces with affordable classes and by partnering with other organisations to deliver yoga and meditation programs out in the community. We believe that by harnessing the power of the collective we can achieve so much more than we can as individuals.

Our yoga spaces are owned and operated by our collective of teacher members.  We all pitch in to help pay for operational costs and we work together to offer affordable classes in a warm and welcoming space for you to experience the benefits of Kundalini Yoga. We can also bring the yoga to you by running a class or workshop in your own community space.

The Kundalini Yoga Collective was established in 2013 as a Not-For-Profit association and is registered with the NSW Department of Fair Trading.  You’ll find our teaching spaces are based in the communities we live in. Now we have hub’s in Newtown, Northern Beaches, Blue MountainsHornsby and Melbourne.  As we grow in teacher membership, we hope to serve you in many more communities across Sydney and beyond!
